Parsons is looking for sharp Senior Systems Engineers to join our exciting and growing Space and Geospatial Solutions teamThe Deployment Systems Engineer shall provide systems engineering, systems integration, project management, process and schedule documentation support for the Next NGA West (N2W) facilityThe N2W Deployment Systems Engineer will support the Enterprise Deployment process planning, deployment program coordination, schedule development, mission dependency development and documentation of the deployment of the NGA West Enterprise to the new evolutionary new N2W facilityDuties may include:
o Identify, manage, and resolve specific technical requirement issues affecting the deployment of the NCW Enterprise for the new N2W buildingo Support planning to include and define mission dependencies and include contingency strategies.
o Provide deployment process management analysis, conduct deployment studies; participate in major reviews; identify solutions; provide recommendations.
o Perform quality control and quality assurance analysis of schedule and process data to ensure integrity of related data links in an environment of ongoing and continuous schedule data change.
o Assists with Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Course of Actions (CoAs), Trade Studies.
Generate strategies, schedules and paths forward for Enterprise Deployment to the N2W building; collaborate with IC and Enterprise Deployment initiativesRequired:
o Bachelor's degree in System Engineering or in a related STEM such as engineering, physics, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program with 12
years of experience.
A TS/SCI clearance 10 years of demonstrated System Engineering experience on 2 or more, large efforts with complex processes and schedules commensurate with the NGA West Enterprise Deployment effortResume must articulate dates and duties performed with specific position responsibilities.
3 years of demonstrated experience developing and documenting complex processes and schedules with MS projectIn lieu of experience, completed MS Project certification is acceptable.
3 years of demonstrated experience in capturing, documenting and translating customer processes, requirements and solutionsDesired:
o Master's degree in System Engineering or in a related STEM field such as engineering, physics, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.
5 years of demonstrated experience with developing large and complex Enterprise deployment roadmaps and project plansMinimum Clearance Required to Start:
