00 POSITION OVERVIEW The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support onsite for RapidFire Safety & Security.
The HR Generalist will report directly into the Soteria HR Consultant team and work closely with RapidFire's management team.
The HR Generalist will handle a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new hires.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance and recommend improvements to HR programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3
years in human resources, preferably in a generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Paylocity.
